Payment & Insurance

Payment Methods:

All payments for copays, deductibles, or other fees can be made via credit, debit, or FSA card in our secure EHR system, osmind. Please note that we cannot accept cash or checks.

Insurance:
Insurance is billed as a courtesy. Once we have received a response from your health insurance, we will forward any invoices to you via osmind.

Accepted Insurances:
BCBS VT

Out Of Pocket Fees: At this time, we are not accepting new self-pay or out of network patients.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid the cancellation fee.
